Case Filing under the SDRP


To simplify the filing process, the SDRP Secretariat, through DisputeManager.com, provides you with the following options for filing a Complaint or a Response under the SDRP:

Complaint

Response

The fees payable where an in-person hearing is conducted shall be decided in consultation with the parties and the Panel.

All bank charges, transfer fees and other amounts that may be levied in connection with a payment made to the Secretariat shall be the responsibility of the party making the payment.

Goods and services tax at the prevailing rate shall be payable on all fees listed in this fee schedule.
